I was very careful to check my model number of product against the available replacements. But when the arrived it was about 2/3 the size of what I needed. I went back to the Amazon site to see if I had a better match. NOPE. I then called customer service at Wayer Pik in Ft Collins Colorado. They understood and offered to send me the proper product, at no charge.

My water pick was leaking. I punched these plugs and they fit great & work perfectly.

My Waterpik started leaking badly, and I went online to see if there was a fix. These little replacement gaskets totally did the job at a fraction of the price of the genuine replacement! Super easy to pop out the old and replace.

I purchased this because I thought my water pick's original stopper stopped working and was defective. Come to find out it was a gasket inside the machine that was this issue. In any case the item was very easy to install, however, if you have big fat hands like me it might be a little tough to get your hand down into the reservoir to push it through. I used a needle nose plier to set it in and to push it through.Once I got the gasket situation settled inside the machine the product worked. However, the feet that allow the water out of the reservoir and into the motor would leak when filling up the reservoir. When that happens I just use my middle finger and try to push it down or just my finger nail and dislodge the feet from the side it is caught in. Once that happens no leaks. This does happen on occasion and its an aftermarket product so for me it isn't that big of an issue.6 stoppers is more than enough for my use and I don't think I will ever use all six unless something drastic happens that I need to but for what it is and what it does I am happy with the results.

These were simple to install. The problem I have with them is the tank still leaks. So it really did nothing for me. I wouldn't recommend this product. I also only got 5 when the listing says it comes with 6.

I didn’t realize I needed to change this piece. It made my flosser like be again. So much pressure again
