I got this supplement online and I gave it to my wife. This product worked great to her. Ever since she started taking this supplement, I did noticed how her hair became really thick and smooth and soft as well. She was able to comb her hair every well without having too much hair fall unlike before. I am taking this supplement with their menopause supplements and I am not sure it is working. I am still loosing hair and my nails are still not healthy but I have only finished one bottle. Maybe it takes time, so, I will update after the next bottle is finished.
