130201 Flywheel for Lexus, Aluminum

Although it worked and my car revs faster because of the weight reduction + new clutch. I did ran into a problem that the pre-made holes for the bolts did not aligned evenly to the receiving end to secure the flywheel and clutch to the basket. Thankfully...everything works, even though now my 4th gear slightly grinds only if I'm driving fast and shift from 3rd to 4th. In normal driving it won't grind in any gears. It's worth mentioning that it was not a perfect/smooth fit as you would think it should be, because of the holes not aligning perfectly as I mentioned. And I believe it's the reason of that minor grind I'm now getting. Also, keep in mind that when installing a performance part(s) you sacrifice the stock feel to the car...and in this case, you will have transmission noise that it does not sound too good, but it's manageable. In my experience, the noise occurs if you accelerate at a higher gear (i.e. 4th gear or higher) at low speed (i.e. 35-40), 1st, 2nd and 3rd I don't hear the noise kick in (normal or driving fast at those gears) nor driving at speeds of 50 and higher. However, its normal and expected with installing a light weight flywheel and it does not affect the car. it's just noise. In the end, the added performance...its worth dealing with the noise.
