It said box of 24 but i receive only ONE piece.

I like this product and have found it effective, but I would not order it from Amazon.Ordered a box of 24 gels and they sent ONE gel. OK mistakes happen. After dealing with a bunch of voice menus, I finally talked to a human and he agreed to send a replacement (the box of 24). A week later, ONE gel shows up AGAIN. Another hour out of my life dealing with the return and refund process, sending back ONE gel. Save yourself the aggravation and pick these up at an actual store.UPDATE it has been 2 weeks and AMAZON is still not acknowledging the problem and is acting as if they never received the return. Terrible experienceUPDATE 2 After returning the ONE gel and obtaining a shipping receipt Amazon charged me $28 because they claimed they never received the box of 24 gels. This after I was promised that I would not be charged during the last contract. So now I can waste another 3 hours of my life trying to straighten out their incompetence.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

The flavor of these gels is great! I Iike them most for their high caffeine content, which is super helpful for long Workouts where the extra energy boost is needed. These types of supplements are naturally more costly now, most likely due to rising costs everywhere.

I have been using the Clif Shots for a long time and they work. I like that they go down easy when you are breathing hard, just use water, no chewing. I only received one gel when it should have been 24. Beware that you may not get your full order! Good product terrible fulfillment or should I say lack of.

The taste is not the greatest but it will give you the extra Burt of energy needed for a workout of 5K, or whatever the use is. I was not disappointed.
