Why would this light flicker when installed with a brand new dimmer switch? Is there a specific type of dimmer that has to be used?

I don't think it's a dimmable light. If it does say it is dimmable, LED lights need a special dimmer, and they are not cheap.

Your description says it's dimmable however one of your answers says it's not. Which is it?

Dimmable is adjustable brightness, brightening or dimming; it can't be adjusted from 3000K Warm White to 6000K Daylight White

Would use in a kitchen, how would we change out the lighting source if not bulbs? This gets hard wired into ceilings?
