Kat Von DLock-It Makeup Setting Mist - 1oz/30ml

I LOVE the KatVonD Lock-It Makeup Mist. I love to try new makeup and skin-care items (I use various beauty-subscription-based box-kits); however, when I find something that I love and works the best, I tend to stick with it! I have been using this product now for at least 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! And no product-burnout either. Also, you tend to wonder (as I have had experience - even with products with great overall reviews), products on Amazon as being fake (ie. DO NOT get 'laura mercier' setting powder from Amazon (third party - of course) - it is a fake 100% - I have learned my lesson the hard way; therefore, I always get the product from Sephora or Ulta). However, the smell, fine mist, and function of this product feels/smells the same as what I received from other ^ retailers. Highly recommend!

I didn't even know or ever heard of setting spray until I watched this new Reality TV show called Glam Masters. I saw this being used and thought it was a wonderful idea. After doing research, I bought this product because I use Kat Von D's Powder Foundation and although very expensive, I found heaven when I used it, I trusted the brand. This setting spray was incredible!! I didn't trust it at first because it's counter-intuitive to spray a liquid in a dry, powdered face, but it really WORKS!! I didn't get oily the whole night. It's a definite GO for me!!

I got this product the first time very quickly. it works so well. I use it to set me face (as typical) as well as to set shimmer/sparkle eyeshadows by spraying on my brush. Fine mist. Great holding strength. No sticky residue. Looks great on my dewy, semi-matte and soft matte foundations (cream and liquid). I have very dry skin and this product works so well that I bought a second bottle!!

Talk about mattifying and staying power this works.The bottle is small tho but not alot needed.

I wish this product had come with some kind of packaging other than the bottle with the top. The bottle had some dried spots where you could tell the product had leaked out and had no tamper resist packaging.Other than that the mist is really fine which is wonderful. I have high hopes that it will keep my makeup in place.

I’ve been using this spray for years now. Prior to this spray, I was using the Urban Decay All Nighter spray. I’ve also tried the setting sprays from MAC and Smashbox. None of those compare to Kat Von D’s. I tend to naturally get quite oily throughout the day, but not when I have this spray on. It holds my makeup all day long, while also keeping my skin oil-free. I love it so much that when I can’t find it in stores, I resort to ordering from Amazon. I’d probably take a chance and order it off of eBay as well. I’ve also had a guy-friend make a comment saying that I’ve been the only girl to give him a hug and not leave makeup all over his shoulder and I’m not someone who applies makeup like Hailey Bieber. I’m not caked, but without this spray, it would be enough to transfer onto clothes while giving hugs. This spray is everything!

I used to only use Urban Decay all nighter setting spray but I gave this a try due to it being an extra .06oz compared w/ UD 4.0 oz and I’ve decided this stuff is so so so much better! I feel like I’m cheating on a spouse after years of being a true believer in UD all nighter but this is my new favorite. I find that Kat Von D lock it spray prevents your makeup being smudged (if you touch your face or something) way better than All nighter.
