This has been great for lower back injury Can be used as heat or ice pack . Could wear whilst playing sport Also great just for warmth On a cold day!

Good but could stay warm longer, fits nice in bag and belt comfortable though could be slightly longer

Works as expected. Only 1 ice pack where some others have 2 but this is clearnon the description. Fits my previous ice packs. Strap long enough to allow use on back and hip and I'm a size 14 on a good day but probably nearer 16
