I have tried so many different voluminous for thinning hair, and for one reason or another, the results seemed to have one thing in common...after a couple of hours, my hair went flat, and seemed to get dirty quicker. As I write this, I have been using Boldify for about a month. It did take me a couple of separate applications before I finally decided to try spraying the product in my hand first, and then distribute it sparingly throughout my hair. That seemed to do the job, and the final outcome was volume and no frizz. The next day, I would dampen my hair, reapply a very small amount of Boldify, and used my blow dryer on a low temp setting to style. Again, great results. With the small amount of this product needed, this will no doubt last me a long time, which makes it a great deal for the price.

I really love this stuff. I have super, thin, fine hair now that im in my sixties. I just spray it in while hair is damp then dry and style as usual. It gives me great volume and lift. The only reason for the 4 stars is the sprayer gives out before the product is gone. It happened with my last 3 bottles. I had to find another spray bottle to use the rest of the product.

I have tried every hair-thickening solution known to humanity. Proximally and for the most part, they all suffer from the same flaw, namely, they weigh the hair down and actually make it look “thinner” – the exact opposite of the intended and stated purpose. Boldify makes the hair not only thicker but also fluffier – after blow-drying. Here’s my new system: Wash hair, spray Boldify in sections (sides, front, top, back) and then work or massage it in. I then blow-dry thoroughly, and my hair looks as if I’m wearing a toupee – it’s almost so thick and fluffy that I must press it down before applying a small amount of hairspray (Walgreen’s Extra Hold – the new and cool Aqua Net). I used the original thickening spray for a long time. And it was brilliant. But, completely unnecessarily, they changed it. Now, it does absolutely nothing, zero, zip, nadda. $20 for a bottle of water. The original stuff was perfect. It didn't need improvement, tweaking, adjustment. It was a life saver for those with fine hair. Was Boldify sold, and the new owners decided to repackage stuff from a dollar store? First, you had Shampoogate, with the assinine switch to a square squeeze bottle. But now, I guess your quality control department's motto is: 'Whatever'. Boldify, you had perfect products, I bought a lot of them.. They were just fine the way they were. No more. I'm back on the search for something that works. I definitely won't be risking my money on what went from a great product line that simply, doesn't do anything. You've turned out to be a very disappointing company. Just like all the rest, I guess.
