I love this press. Being stainless steel makes clean up easy, and I don’t have to worry that my dear wife washed the seasoning off it, like cast iron. It’s been used several times since we bought it and works great on the griddle we use in house (non-stick type) and on our outdoor cast iron griddle. Wife loves that’s it’s about half (or less) the weight of my cast iron presses and that she can put it in the dishwasher. The handle is well constructed and should last. I set it on the griddle to heat up as I’m heating the griddle, then hit it with a short blast of cooking spray, no sticking. We like center cut bacon, and this press will mostly cover 3 strips length wise. Using medium low heat (2 out 10) on gas stove, bacon cooks in just a few minutes without curling. I like the price too and the quality. I’m ordering a second one, so I can have 6 strips of bacon on the griddle at a time.

This Burger Press is great! It’s the perfect size for cooking four burgers or eight sausage patties. It covers the food items nicely, and it is heavy enough to ensure consistent contact with skillet cooking surfaces. Didn’t know if I would like the wooden handle, but it is actually a good idea because it doesn’t get hot like other presses. It works nicely on the grill too. Highly recommend.

I think this is a great product. I use it both as a steak weight and for smash burgers, and it works exactly as advertised. The handle provides a good grip, the bottom surface is smooth, and the whole press feels very sturdy. It has also been easy to clean, and I have not had any issues with it sticking to patties, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it is a reliable and well-made tool that performs exactly the way you want it to.

not too heavy, not too light, and so easy to clean! I replaced some cast iron bacon presses with these and just love them! Extra bonus is that the handles have two screws on each end so there's no rotation or twisting. One reason I chose these was the extra thickness of the press. Even so, I was surprised by the weight (which is much less than the cast iron, btw). So they are super sturdy and do not flex or bend. I'm sure we will be enjoying these for years to come.

It smashes burgers well. But I haven't figured out how to get the meat to not stick... im sure its a me problem. But it is sturdy and well made.

Tired of your undersized 5" burger press? I was! I got the Hulisen 8.5" burger press and now I can smash anything! This press is heavy! It is heavier than it looks and is solid stainless steel. I used it last weekend for my smash burgers and it works great! I smashed my 1/3 cup burger balls down flat. It smashed them a lot flatter than I was getting with my 5" press and I got perfect crust on my burgers. I also did not use any parchment paper on them and none of them stuck. I pressed them and held them for about 10 seconds, did a little twist while I removed it and all burger patties came off clean, no tears. I also didn't need to use my blue silicone Smurf glove while I was smashing and got very little grease splatter. It was all contained under the burger press. It also has a nice wooden handle, so no burning your hand when the press gets hot. Okay, I really didn't need the 8.5" press, but it looked so intimidating (to the burger) so I went for it. I do not regret going big. I am very impressed with the Hulisen burger press and will enjoy using it for years to come! Hulk like! Hulk smash!

Perfect weight and finish, wood handle stays cool. Excellent quality! Good thick material and great price too!

The press is perfect - we have a long rectangle one but this one is so much better because it fits in the frying pan better since its round and covers everything it needs to. We are still trying to find out what to do with the dome since that is bigger than our pan, but it will be great in the summer on the grill...

Works great for smash burgers.

Well made. Seems robust. Stainless steel. Good weight. Larger than I expected. Works well with steaks,pork chops ,chicken filets and of course burgers. I recommend.

The burger press is good quality but the dome lacks the same build. It would function ok but it was bought for a present and I wasn’t overly impressed so I returned it. It would be easy to use if you were happy with accepting the differing quality. Ok value for money but as I say I wasn’t that impressed. The dome would fit the smashed burgers is you were happy to accept this.

I have yet to use it on the griddle and have yet to buy a griddle (soon)....but this item will definitely work perfectly! It has a good weight to it and the handle will hold up to anything you can use it for. I expect years of good use from this Press.
