It has an integral frame lock. It is smooth and can be opened easily.

How do you open and close the knife?

This knife has a flipper that can be easily opened by toggling it with your finger. when the blade is open, there‘s a small bar near the base. this is there to stop the blade from closing by itself. you push this bar to the left which opens a way for the blade to return to a closed position.

Does this knife's "glass breaker" have any specs? Based on your design and lack of information about this. OSHA will shut you down for this. Not safe.

Is this legal to conceal carry in california?

I had the same question and i read that as of 2023 Californians can carry any size finding knife with the exception of switch blades. I airways thought it was no more than 3 inches but I guess they mightve changed it. Or it's a Mandela effect lol.
