Q: Can I change message remotely if this is in my store which is located 50 miles from me?

This led sign can change text on display only within wifi range: 5 to 12 ft . For long range you must search for led sign with UTP network connection with much higher price.

Q: How can we feed the data ?

You use a laptop to save the data onto a flash drive then insert it into the screen. My unit has quit working after about about 2 years. I can unplug it for a while then plug it in and it will work for a couple minutes than go black. Not sure what’s up with it ?

Hello Animation files are supported in GIF format , on USB memory is 2 examples of GIF file that can be presented on LED display . THANKS

Q: What is the longest (by # of characters) message supported? How fast (in terms of characters per minute) is the fastest scroll?

Longest tested message is 300 characters , but depending of type or size of font can be longer. Software have 10 speeds for text to choose . THANKS
