Just a HORRIBLE PURCHASE!
ABSOLUTELY the worst TV I ever purchased! EVER.1. Customer Service: HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE. THEY TELL YOU; "okay. we call you back soon. no worry, we call you don't call us". There were of NO HELP and at time were actually combative with me and blaming ME for the problems.2. Yes! I agree with other posters this television is very BUGGY, especially with Amazon Fire TV. Sometimes it won't recognise the ports connected.3. THIS TV IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH NON ANDROID COMPATIBLE DEVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 BE WARNED. YES, YOU'RE APPLE TV WILL NOT WORK.4. IT's confusing to operate, mainly because it's slow and you end up pressing buttons to see if it actually responding and NO, IT'S NOT MY INTERNET. I HAVE BLAZING FAST INTERNET.I'm giving it one star because it looks nice and THAT IS IT! PERIOD. I REALLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TV AT ALL.Did I mention the HORRIBLE customer service?

Great tv for a great price
Great tv for a great price. Great sound and picture is wonderful. Compared prices and specs with every manufacture. And this company blew everyone away.

Checks all the features boxes, but failed to deliver on promise.
I was initially excited for this TV, the reviews I had read for the 55" were pretty great. I feel they do not apply to the 43" version. Let's start with the good. The styling of the set is fantastic, easily one of the most well built displays I have ever owned. A metal body paired with near zero bezel make for a good first impression.Once I powered this thing on and set it up I was immediately struck by how good the picture was (once I exited the energy saving mode).I currently own a Sony X800D, so I am quite used to the Android platform on a TV. The Sony is far more stable overall, while the Super4 X43 seems to stutter and flicker while moving through the menus. There was an update available upon set up which added a few advanced option not found in initial set up, but caused a few issues with performance once applied. The set had to be reset twice before it stabilized and began to function normally from what I could tell. I had an opportunity to check out the Netflix app and YouTube, but was left confused.I watched 4k gaming content on YouTube and it was gorgeous, but Netflix with 4k/HDR seemed a bit washed out. The same could be said for gaming on a PS4 PRO. Upon my initial set up I went into the home menu and set up the HDMI to support 4k/60hz,so the PS4 pro would be able to output 4k with HDR. Once I launched a game that supported the HDR feature I notice the backlight pumping before it would dim to the point you could no longer see the image on screen. And when you would exit the home screen would be blown out and would call for a reset of both the system and display. In the advances setting for the PS4 pro would revert to a 1.4 hdmi and have to be reset and forced to a accept an FULL RGB@4K W HDR. Once in HDR mode for gaming the many adjustment for the picture would be grayed out. Image quality would be washed out and slightly over saturated colors making colors look cartoonish. Games looked fantastic, but darker areas seem to suffer from a little black crush. Motion was handle fairly well, but noticed some minor judder and overdrive trailing. As mentioned before the screen would lose brightness essentially making the screen entirely black. I contacted LeEco support about the issue and was kindly told that since I bought it from Amazon they could not handle technical support or warranty coverage. I am sending the TV back tomorrow.

Set up was super easy! Yay!
I am not a "techy" person, nor do I know anything really about televisions and how they work and what all they will do so my review will be simple. I needed/wanted a tv that would do more than the older one I had, had better graphics, better sound, wireless, etc - and that's what I received with this LeEco. Never heard of this brand before I ordered this tv but I'm willing to give it a try.Right out of the box it was simple to "put together" - there are two legs you 'snap' in and then screw in the two screws to hold the legs in place. That's it. Other than putting in the batteries in the remote, that's a wrap, y'all. But, I let it sit for 3-4 days before I tried to set it up - I am busy and was worried it would take forever or I'd have to do a lot of this and that and the other. Nope. I plugged in the tv, plugged in the two usb cords for my blue ray and my cable. Done. Yay! Put batteries in the remote--there is a pairing button there that you will later press so keep that in mind. Turned it on and the tv guided me in what I needed to do. There were a couple of updates but I'm used to that with my iphone and its apps. It didn't take long and soon I had the television going.I went through various menus easily. But what I wanted to know was: will my cable work? Will all my recorded programs show up? Will the guide to the programming show up. Yes. Yes. Yes. Awesome! Everything else will be a little more icing on an already iced cake. It sounds better than my other tv, looks better, is a larger screen, and has more features, so to that end I am happy. What I also love is that when it is off, it disappears - the flat black fades away and that pleases me since my previous television fit inside a cabinet that I could close when I didn't want to look at it. This tv is on top of that cabinet but it is unobtrusive when turned off.One thing I couldn't figure out - it kept asking me about connecting to my android and I have an iphone, so I don't know why I couldn't connect with my iphone. Maybe something in set up I missed. I'll have to go in and play around with it, but meanwhile I can watch my programming from my DVR with no problems at all. There is a microphone feature that takes you to google search - you speak into it and it takes you there. For an example, I said, "cat videos" and soon it brought me to cat videos. What I am unsure about at this point is if you can search for things within the tv itself - like your mail, or your saved programs, etc. I'll need to play around more with the settings. But already I'm all happy since my other tv did none of these things!Once I get in to it and look at the settings and other features it offers, I will have a better idea of how much more it will do. If I have any problems or glitches you can be sure I will return to update this review and its star rating, as I always do in my reviews. So far, I'm super happy. Maybe it's only a "compared to my other tv this one is great" thing, but all that matters to me is I have a television with really crisp sound, a great picture, a sleek and unobtrusive look, and set up was a breeze. The photos don't do it justice of course but I'll include them anyway.
