Discovery: The Story of the Second Byrd Antarctic Expedition (Admiral Byrd Classics)

I'm ex-military so I'm used to reading extreme detailed reports. Admiral Byrd left nothing to imagination. He even wrote about the Morale of the men, which most commanders do not. Very good read. I had fun plugging in the co-ordinates into Google Earth maps and I could see what he was seeing! Massive cool
