Product arrived opened and defective
The item arrived opened (the seal was opened) and the seasoning was lumped together. I was unable to request a replacement or a refund. So I basically lost money…

Caking caused by heat
Powder was caked from intense heat. Taste is ok, but I keep having to use a fork scrape off some powder from the inside of the containder.

19 AED was already pricey for this seasonings since it is sold for 6-10AED in other places, and let’s not ignore the fact that it is one lump because of incorrect storage, now it is 34 AED? Im not buying it anymore.
