Tasty simple pick me up
Very tasty and easy to make. The base makes it easy to added fresh or dried fruit, julienned carrots or zucchini ,fruit juice, , cardamom, ginger, chopped seeds or nuts, and a bit of protein powder or variety.I add simple baking and spice mixes to every grocery store run to use in case of a long term emergency. These would be a welcome pick me up and take only water, a bowl, and a pan to create.Highly recommend.

It's got lots of blueberries!
It's very moist and fluffy when they are done. I add craisins and mor blueberries from my blueberry tree. I mix 2 packages together to get more muffins. They are better than Pillsberry blueberry muffin mix.

Easy Muffins!
They might not be the absolute best, but they are super easy and dont require much prep or time.

Very Easy. Interesting Flavor.
The little fake blueberries are not my favorite but I like the overall flavor of this mix. It is a strong, sort of artificial tasting blueberry flavor. I added some real frozen blueberries and it was much better. I will buy these again if I can because it's so easy and it's nice to make blueberry muffins so quickly.

Not Bad
Not bad for a nice change in pace from boring morning breakfast. I do add various ingredients to the batter when I'm in an experimental mood: pure lemon extract for a more lemony flavor, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, dried cranberries, nuts...I just get creative with whatever is within reach at the time. With such a simple batter it is easy to throw in extras to keep it 'new'. I make so many different variations of this that I've subscribed to it. Try it; you'll like it, especially the quick, easy mixing and short baking time.(ps-even with non-stick baking/muffin pans, use muffin papers or non-stick spray for best results.)
