The RO Membrane Housing can be used with most 11.75-inch to 12-inch reverse osmosis membrane elements. This reverse osmosis membrane housing has a thicker body for stronger durability and stronger membrane cup design to prevent cracking. The RO membrane housing has three standard 1/8-inch threaded ports. If you do not have fittings, see the Instructions section for available fittings. You do not have to worry about bypass of Brine water to the Permeate side which is quite common on most other housings manufactured today. The reverse osmosis membrane housing has been Tested and Certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material and structural integrity requirements only. This Reverse Osmosis Membrane housing utilizes a flat gasket and an o-ring to ensure a true double o-ring seal. Other RO membrane housings lacking one o-ring will leak.

Works As Expected
I use my setup for a pure water supply for my reef tank. An internal crack in my former housing was the culprit in my RO/DI system using up my DI cartridge very quickly- basically the water was bypassing the RO membrane. This was a direct fit replacement for the RO housing. Solid, quality construction, fit in my existing standard size brackets, had standard fitting sizes, high quality seal on the end cap. A quick housing change-out and my problem was solved!

Doing great for 2 years now!
I have used these RO housings in my maple syrup operation for the last two years and they are performing great! no leaks (from the housings) and easy to clean. very durable (have dropped them on concrete a few times) and will not crack! would highly recommend these to anyone!

Complete garbage if 1 out of 5 basically doesn't work
Took me a long time, past the return period, to figure out that this thing let water pass the membrane. I wanted to double my output and have two membranes and parallel and was still getting an EC of .6 after Ro treatment. Complete garbage if 1 out of 5 basically doesn't work.I took the whole thing apart and reassembled it two or three times before giving up an ordering another membrane holder on by God suddenly I have 0 PPM, 0 EC and pH of around 7Complete cheap Chinese garbage.
