My 12 year old has Crohn's. This has helped tremendously with digestion and absorption of nutrients. When she was without them for a month I noticed a big difference. Thank God Amazon has them in stock. Because other pills are way bigger, the smaller size of these pills and the thinner casing make them more absorbable unlike other pills which can compound digestive issues especially where there is scarring and restrictions in the tract already. I give her 2-3 caps before each meal containing cooked food. We can never be without these again.

These enzymes are really helping me with my acid reflux. I take 3 just before i eat my meal that includes meat and have found that the digestion process goes alot smoother.
