This bar of soap totally helps me prevent really bad acne. Since I started using it my face feels so much better, and even prevents the horrible pimples that I get from PMS. It does leave your skin pretty dry but nothing a little lotion can't cure.

I have breakouts on my arms from my conditioner that leaves overdue sometimes on my skin, and this really helps it out to clear up my shoulders, cause I have longer hair and when I wash it in the shower and the conditioner sits on my shoulders, has a tendency to break out my shoulders because of the carotene that’s in the conditioner and this really does a nice job clearing it up

My mom brought a bar of this soap back from a Brazilian store. My husband who had served in the Navy for years ended up getting really bad acne on his back due to having to wear heavy coveralls all day and trapping in the sweat. He eventually ended up getting a lot of acne scars too. He used this for about one week and I immediately noticed that his back was just so much clearer. I have never seen it as clear as it is now! I wish we had known about this sooner. Definitely something that I will keep on hand. Also works really well for blackheads.
