Great Hot Sauce
Love this stuff. Think I found out about it from a Kenji Lopez Alt video, and been buying it ever since. Not too hot, but hot enough to add some real kick and flavor to your food. Only odd thing about it is the color changes from batch to batch. Some were between orange and brown. Not that it matters, but it is not always as orange as it looks in the pictures.

spicy and unique flavor
the flavor profile is pretty good and a perfect spicy for the spicy level if you add too much. only issue is if u want to eat something but not too hot but want to keep the flavor.

Best tasting hot sauce ever. I tried like 20 different. And this is the best. I tried first time in restaurant in Montana and then I was looking for long time to buy. Finally I found in Amazon and it's true legend in flavor, clarity and original taste of pepper rather than preservatives.
