I have only bought the mask recently I have only used it for a couple of nights. I have never worn sleep mask before so first night took a bit getting used to having something on your face while sleeping but since then the mask has been super comfortable and fits nicely around the eye area. It is easy adjust the sleep mask and doesn't feel too tight on the face. It fully blocks out light, felt weird when I opened my eyes in the mask for the first time as it felt like I didn't open them at all. The couple of nights I have worn it my sleep has felt a lot better and deeper with my eyes feeling less heavy. Could be a placebo effect but so far cannot fault the mask at all. Have not used it long enough to comment on washing/cleaning the mask.

Very pleased with this. It really does block all light (no gaps) and is properly ajustable. The elastic band that goes around the back of the head is comfortable, with enough elasticity and adjustment to fit both my husband's (XL) and my (XS) very different head sizes. The mask is very comfortable - there's good padding around the eye socket so the mask does't touch the eyelids at all. You can comfortably open your eyes with it on and see only darkness. The inner material is soft, cool and smooth, so it feels lovely. Recommended.

Recently I've started having trouble sleeping, waking up in the night for no apparent reason then struggling to drift off again. I'd read that sleep masks sometimes helped with such situations so I tried a couple that I'd acquired over the years but forgotten I had and they both had the same problems: light getting in around my nose, and loose elastic meaning the mask would either slip off and hang around my neck during the night or end up somewhere in the bed. From the start this mask feels like a high quality item. It comes in a zip-lock pouch and once open, the mask oozes quality. The outside of the mask is slightly stiff but not rigid and is covered with a silky black fabric with a MyHalos logo at one side. Around the back, the strap is a bright cyan blue colour with a buckle that allows you to alter the size, and there is an unbroken ridge of memory foam that will go against your face, surrounding your eyes and the bridge of your nose. According to the instruction leaflet and a label on the side of the mask, it can be hand washed. I put the mask on first without adjusting the buckle and it was tight. I found it easier to put it on this way and then loosen the strap rather than loosen it and take it off / put it on a few times to find a size that suited. It's incredibly soft and comfortable to wear, and absolutely no light gets in - when I first put it on I was sitting in bed with the bedside lamp on and it was completely dark with no leakage, and I could easily move and blink my eyes too. I sleep on my side and it was extremely comfortable, didn't feel thick or hard in any places, and I had the best nights sleep I've had in ages. I can imagine that this mask will be brilliant when travelling. I recently flew back from holiday on a night flight and couldn't sleep at all due to the cabin lights being on, people reading nearby, and so on, so one of these would be bliss, and easy to pack as it weighs next to nothing. How long will it last? Will it survive a wash? At the moment it's early days, but I'm absolutely delighted with it, and if it does start to get or look tatty it's cheap enough to buy a replacement. Really pleased with it. Roll on bedtime.

I’m so glad I purchased this eye mask — I absolutely love it. It blocks out all light, and the adjustable head strap means it stays securely in place all night without moving. The material is beautifully soft against my skin, the size is perfect, and it’s incredibly lightweight and comfortable. I particularly love the recessed design, which means the fabric doesn’t press against your eyes. You can even wear it with your eyes open and still be in complete darkness — ideal for when you’re not quite ready to sleep but want to relax while listening to music or a podcast and drift off naturally. My only downside is that after a full night’s sleep (around 8 hours), I do sometimes wake up with dry eyes. Otherwise, it’s an excellent eye mask and one I’d happily recommend.

This is so comfortable and cosy - I love the quality of it, it is soft and thick and really doesn't let any light in but gives some pressure so that it feels comforting. I would def recommend it
