I'm returning the product because it doesn't help relieve the knots at all. I can't get enough pressure from it. Maybe because it isn't long enough or curved to the right degree or maybe both.

I get occasional migraine headaches with pain in my left temple. Once a headache starts, it radiates along the side of my neck to a place under my shoulder blade. This tool is exactly the right size and shape on the larger roller side to be able to get under my shoulder blade and all the way up to my jaw, and then I can work along my jaw and temple with the small roller. I keep it by the bed for those awful mornings when I wake up with a headache. It's saved me a lot of pain!

Tough to use as expected, the handle is right up against my chest when I place it over the shoulder as seen in the picture. The only way I can get any pressure to to put it over the shoulder and lean up against something, which you could also do with a tennis ball for much less money.

This might be good for someone with extremely tight muscles that are very sensitive to the touch. For me it did nothing. I don't believe it has enough leverage in the shape to apply much pressure. That's my guess. Not an engineer.

I tried the original. And I thought that it worked really great so I picked up your product and because it has the wheels I thought it would be a great way to massage into place the muscles. So far it's working really nicely.

This is just like a toy. Much force have to be used to even feel it.

This is great for hitting those spots you can quite reach... It does help to work out those knots. The small end for pressure points is kind of hard and doesn't roll well, so I don't use that as much, but the larger roller is great.

The strength of the handle is not adequate to all for enough pressure for meaningful trigger point or reflexology. It wasn't an expensive mistake, but certainly disappointing. I wanted something smaller for travel than that Thera Cane. This isn't a viable solution for me.
