Lots of functions
I use this amazing heater nearly every day during the colder months of the year in Florida. Love the function to heat floor only as and shut off. I plan to buy another identical heater for another room.

Good choice.
Great back-up heater or just as little extra heat for your feet. Enclosed porch at my house, 7 feet wide, 18 feet long, and 8 foot ceiling.., keeps it nice and warm even if 20 below outside

Great heater.
This heater really does kick out some heat.

Works Well
Works as expected. Used as supplemental heat in a 15x12 room. The accidental tip-over shutoff feature is a life saver. My dogs have tipped it over twice and the unit immediately shut off. With that being said, it is tall and narrow, so it does not take much to tip it over. The three warming modes, high, low and floor are great. The floor mode works perfectly for heating up toes!

ALMOST EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!! :-)
This seems to be a GREAT little unit... (so far)! I just got it today and have only ran it a few minutes... because it's 80deg. in here lol.. But THIS is the time to get heaters - preparing for what's coming in the next 3-4 months, because by then stock supplies will be RAVAGED!! You'll be stuck grabbing the last mangled box off the shelf from WalMart lol.Anyway, I DO like the varied heat selections available - You can even specify it to use a heater that aims at the floor, or one that aims more upwards, or activate them both simultaneously (never saw that before). The heat output is GOOD, but I saw reviews online where people complained about it. Well damn, how HOT do you want it?? 🙄 There's 2 fans in here which DO NOT give a heavy airflow, which - again - is OK with me. I CAN feel the air coming out... I don't need it to blow like my summer fan, and I don't think you'll find one that does. People gotta keep in mind, these little (PLASTIC) heaters ARE NOT designed to warm up your whole cabin, basement or garage. I personally just wanted something to give an INSTANT HEAT BLAST in my cold room after work. Then once it's a little comfy after 10-15min, shut it off and switch to my (Pelonis) OIL HEATER which takes about 10 minutes to warm up, but which WILL eventually warm up my entire room (Maybe in an 1-2 hours for my 10x15 room with 10ft ceilings. That's OK for me though, plus I NEVER take it off "Economy" mode @ 60-75deg. I don't need a $200 electric bill. I can also speed up heating with my summer fan and be warm in about 45min).The BEST way to use those is with a Med-sized fan in the room (aimed at the ceiling) - or preferably a CEILING fan, because that's where all your heat is sitting. If you turn the fan on low, then after a few minutes it will mix & circulate all the freezing air on the floor with the HOT air on top and BAM -NICE TOASTY ROOM! 🤗USAGENow if you're in a (GUARD SHACK) or (FISHING CABIN) or something like that, ((THIS IS NOT FOR THAT)) - I repeat - IT'S PLASTIC!!!! For the people who need that seriously "HEAVY DUTY HEAT" - I would advise looking for (ALL-METAL ELECTRIC HEATERS) - You gotta actually type that into your search to find em - or (CLOSED VENT PROPANE HEATERS). Some of those can get TOO HOT TO TOUCH and must be used with (((EXTREME CAUTION))) - some even generate REAL FIRE inside and that's where your heat comes from. They can even burn up all the oxygen in the room while you're asleep, and you REALLY WILL get a "good rest" then. ☠️So be careful what you ask for - and even MORE careful what you buy and go to sleep next to.ADVICEOH - BY THE WAY... If you need "HELL-HEAT", also look into those BIG PARABOLIC CERAMIC HEATERS!! Those things will COOK YOU from across a room lol - which again... causes other problems! On my old one - the metal grate over the front got SO HOT that the metal started to melt the PLASTIC it was bolted to on the sides. I also had a little metal "Delonghi" heater (similar to this Honeywell - which this Honeywell is replacing). The metal shell on Delonghi was GREAT... BUT - The knobs ON TOP were plastic. The heat weakened the plastic enough that the power knob just SNAPPED OFF one day when I turned it on. The metal-post it was mounted on was too hot to touch. I prefer ALL DIGITAL now - which this Honeywell IS!WHAT IT'S MISSING...I DO wish it had a remote tho - which is why I dropped 1 star from it. Now I gotta turn on a light and get up close to see what I'm pressing. 🙄 (Granted... These ARE 1st World problems) - but still... A remote woulda been great!DURABILITYI doubt this lil guy I just unboxed would last long if I tried to run it at full blast for 6-8hrs a day! I'll probably only be running this for 10-15 minutes per day.. (mostly in winter months). I don't know of ANYTHING that can run full blast 6-8hrs a day - not a car - not a heater - not a high-end computer... NOTHING! Not even a HUMAN working 2 or 3 jobs. Eventually something is gonna (POP) - and it's a wrap! lol..SAFETYIt DOES have a built-in "tip-sensor", but it doesn't have a SWITCH OR BUTTON underneath it. Apparently it's just some kind of internal sensor that shuts it off once the tilt reaches about 35-45deg. When it's upright again it becomes useable again. It's pretty low to the floor - only about 2 feet tall. That's fine if you wanan switch it to "floor" mode and warm up your feet, but I don't need it for that. I plan on getting 15" tall stand and just set it beside me; I'll be able to see the buttons easier that way also since it doesn't have a remote. You gotta find what works for you - but at least this lil guys gives you lots of options. Also, it doesn't oscillate, but I didn't want one that did. With a summer-fan circulating the air, you don't need that and it doesn't really help anything anyway - That's just one more motor to go bad in a year! 😮💨If this thing conks out on me in a few weeks/months tho I'll do an UPDATE on here.✌️😎 Hope this helped some folks!

First Class Space Heater
I have owned probably seven space heaters, and this is by far the best one I ever used. I even bought a second one and bought one for my sister and daughter. You can go either high or low, you can set the exact temperature you want. But the part I use every day in the winter is the Quiet Mode. So I get the room to where I want it, I flip the switch to Quiet Mode, it runs all night, you cannot really hear it, and then the room stays at 71 degrees all night. My mind is blown because it never gets too hot using this setting. I know Honeywell is an outstanding company known for its quality, and this space heater is a prime example.

Great little heater.
We now own 4 of these units. Only the last one was purchased from Amazon. They function very well. Set the temperature you desire and the unit will cycle off and on to keep it at that setting. Just like any space heater we do not leave them unattended, a wise safety protocol. The first one we purchased was about 4 years ago and is still working today. These do collect some dust around the small interior fans. At the end of each heating season, I take them apart (8 screws) and clean the fans with an air duster and small brush. It’s pretty easy to do if you are familiar with some DIY techniques. Would recommend this heater.

Worth it's value
I have roughly an 1800sq foot house and wanted supplement my boiler, because it can't keep up with the cold temps we experience. I was afraid that using a space heater was going to run my electric through the roof, that is not the case with the Honeywell Heat Genius Ceramic Heater. There was very little difference in my bill while running it 4hrs at a time on a daily basis during our sub zero temps. I googled so many heaters and read reviews on each of them and finally decided on Honeywell. It arrived as specified and so glad it did, 2 days later the aqua stat went bad on my boiler. Fortunately, someone was here within hours, but the heater provided enough heat for the duration. If you're looking to supplement or heat a small area, this is your heater.
