Q: Is this cord a standard cord that i can plug into my garage wall

Is the question about the actual sockets on the 8000w. control box and what plugs would fit (like u.s. or e.u. sockets) or does the buyers question revolve more around how u get power to the box its self...they may thsnk its already wired up and ready to plug into the wall straight out of the box (like a new tv)...but of course it's not. U have to wire up a new breaker for that 8000w. Control box! So YouTube how to do it...its really easy, just make sure u have your wiring hooked up right when dealing with the breaker...meaning make sure the +/- wires are attached to the breaker the right way (not all breakers are made the same so the + & - ports could be located in weird places every now and again! Best of luck! If your a new GROWER the size of this unit may be a tad to big but they make a smaller version for around $115-$125

Q: Does it come with a 240 plug and wire

It is a 240v plug in. You have to wire it separately to your breaker box. Only wires it comes with are the 120v plug ins to turn on.

Q: Can you hook up 600 watt ballasts to this?

Yes. Make sure your ballast is 120/240 before hand but most are. Old magnetic ones have a switch to convert but digital ones plug and play
