I’ve tried to use cheaper non brand name substitutes but they don’t work nearly as well. This is my tried and true. It works as it should and I never have gas, cramps or diarrhea. It’s gentle but also effective. I have IBS so I have been using this and will continue using to manage my symptoms.

I really like this product because it is gentle on your stomach and the best part it really does work well.
