Great for use with Numicon
I use this pretty much every day when I’m tutoring to help explain the notion of balancing equations or missing number problems. It balances well with Numicon, cubes or Cuisenaire rods to demonstrate equivalence and reinforce that equals means balance, not where the answer goes!
