The product itself is decent. Great, to the point material (excluding Pharmacology, which were old videos that didn't help with my exams at all). Positives were the Simclex, which allows you to take a mock NCLEX and has proven to be very reliable.My issue is with what I purchases on Amazon and what was advertised as either Lifetime access or a 2 year access pass. My account was locked after one year and the customer service has not been helpful in granting me access to what I paid for (not cheap). I am still awaiting a resolution to this matter and all the while no access to the material as I am not midway through my semester in OB/Peds.

I wish it came out when I was at nursing school. I am preparing for the NCLEX now and I have been going through Hursts and this. I have to say this one covers many more things and since and has cheatsheets, books, and plenty of questions to help you practice. The way things are explained are the way I wish nursing instructors taught, just go to the point and forget the fluff-do not make me read 1000 pages when all I need is to understand certain things for everything to make sense! For example, the cardio course was very helpful because it covered the anatomy first and used that information to explain all problems in a simple manner. The same can be said about Pharm (if you cover it alongside MedSurge). For $400 and Scrubsheets, it is A STEAL. Also their group on Facebook is full of people who are very encouraging and supportive of one another - emotionally helpful. Also, print some of the things that are provided in the course or purchase those books and go alongside the videos if you can.

When you consider that Nursing.com costs $40 a month, this $500 bundle is well worth the price for two years of access AND scrubcheat set on top of it. Their study content is great and they expand lessons all the time. Jon's ebooks are also all included with this access. Such a HUGE deal of savings! Nursing.com (used to be NRSNG.com) is continually improving! Jon Haws has a great thing going, and to be a part of it for approx $19.75 a month and $25 scrubcheat set, this bundle is the way to have it all! THANK YOU NURSING.COM!!!! (and no, this review was not an exchange for a free product, but Nursing.com gear would be greatly appreciated...)

Update:They got back to me about 4 days later and they were able to update my account. Now I have full access.I just signed up yesterday with the code provided and I don't have access to ANY content until December 2017. Tried contacting the company and haven't received a response. Now I am stuck with an expensive product that I can't even use.

NRSNG Academy is just what I’ve been searching for! I have a couple months off before I start Nursing school and I’ve turned to this as a resource and to expose me to what I will be learning. It literally is an ultimate study guide for Nursing school! I still have yet to finish every lesson, but as of right now, I am 100% pleased with what this package has to offer. They tackle each learning style, have lots of cheat sheets & videos to help explain concepts, & their podcasts are also helpful. Definitely consider getting this to help ease you through your nursing program you won’t regret it.

NRSNG.com Customer Service is the pits.I bought this in April 2018 but could not have access until end of June 2018 after a cycle of filling out their Contact forms without hearing from anyone. When I threatened to file a Rip Off report, then they gave me access. And then they changed their website platform or something and then I don't have access again TO THIS DAY - 7-07-18. Not only that, when I tried to log in, I got the error message that my email address DOES NOT exist in their system. I feel that I just threw away almost $450 for rotten service. I shouldn't have to chase their staff and beg to enter the academy when I already paid for LIFETIME ACCESS! Their chat help bubble is a Now-you-see-now-you-don't icon. My advice? You can get better service elsewhere.

Very pleased with the product! I start OB/PEDS in January and I'm hoping that this will help me with getting good grades! I really appreciate all the thought that was put into this product and I'm glad that I purchased the lifetime membership. Honestly, the fact that there was a 3 day trial was what did it for me. Transparency is important!
