Book arrived with some damage but it was to the cover and not the inner pages. This is a blessing in paper form, I just wish it was priced a little lower if you wanted to own it. I rented mine but If I find a decent price to buy I will definitely buy it.

Great Book! I highly enjoy reading through the informative pages. The steps are written out well and I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn more about hardware or are planning on taking the A+ certification. This pairs very well with lab sim!

I did notice that a couple pages could have been cut better, so maybe it was a bad copy, but so far all of the pages seem to be there and I have had no real issues with the book.

I had an earlier edition of this book. I thought the technology would have changed from 2009, but it hasn't really. The book has good visual explanations and videos.

This book of course was used for a college class, so no one really likes any college text book. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the publishers seemed to take the older version and make some adjustments to update the info from Windows XP, to Windows 7. A major problem was with the review questions. There were questions in the book that went as such:"Select from the best options below:(....) "The publishers failed to print the "below options." There was no text to select from. It was just a fowl play on their part.

the book came in just a few days, as promised and in excellent condition. Price was very fair
