This great that it comes as a powder and you mix it with water, just be careful and wear protective equipment, it gets hot when you first mix it, works well in my commercial dish washer

This product is the bomb! Works as it should. Easy to mix. Saves me a couple hundred dollars a month! Im so pleased. Just ordered the dlimer.

I have used this product for over a year. The downside of this product is that the powder does not melt completely, so sometimes your tubing gets clogged. I highly recommend installing a filter on tubing. Search and buy with 1/4 tubing filter.

Would buy this again - when it eventually does run out. But 5 gallons of this soap should last around/over 5 years before it runs out.

It should state that it takes a lot less than the normal other ones you';d buy. Coated my dishes in a powdery substance until I did some digging and found out that it uses about 20% compared to the one I was using. Kind of important info you'd think. Great price and works well just needed that info up front

not the best product

Product works well along with rinse aid on my high temp dishwasher. Saw some comments that film was formed on glassware. This is an issue with the hardness of the water being fed to the dishwasher. I have a city water supply that must be softened for kitchen use, or it will leave spots on everything. This is especially noticeable when heating water to 180F because it draws the dissolved solids out of the water quite easily and deposits on the dishes even with rinse aid. Since I installed the softener, the problem with film never occurred again.
