Electric Santa Climbing Up and Down Tree with Music, Bag of Presents - Holiday Decor for Home, Door, Wall - Xmas Ornament

As delivered this item needed to be gone over and have all the plastic flashing removed with a x-acto blade before running for the first time. Several places on the ladder had bits of flashing that would have prevented motion of Santa as well as the cover to the battery holder. The lack of finish to an otherwise capable toy is the cause of many poor ratings given this toy. With a little bit of prep work, this toy when properly made ready, performed very well this past Christmas and after remembering to remove batteries for storage, will be ready to go again for years to come.

The Santa is clunky climber but does climb. The ladder is cheaply made but still works. The worst part is that it sings Jingle Bells repeatedly with no means to turn off the music. When on, you get climbing but also the singing. No middle ground.

Great product

It’s cute but wish it had a way to turn down the music or turn the music it off. I think it’s cute in the “moment” but I think it will be annoying to keep it on continuously if sitting in the same room with it.

Not that good of a product

This climbing Santa is pretty well made for what it cost. The ladder seems sturdy and the santa itself is pretty hefty. I do have 3 small complaints. One is that it only plays one tune. Second the clothing covering the battery needed some velcro or to help hold them in place over the batteries. And finally, the battery cover is a bit light and fiddly to get back in place. Even with that said the clothes pull down and stay in place pretty well. And the battery cover does stay in place once seated well. Considering the price, I would definitely recommend this product to others. And I'm not going to dock it any stars.

Great addition to my tree and the cute

Plus side is It’s super cute and my toddler loves it, but it’s extremely annoying because it plays the same song over and over it doesn’t stay on the track good enough it climb down and then it still acts like it’s climbing down well after it gets to the bottom no matter how many times I adjust it, it was a pain in the butt to put together for me, and the star won’t stay in the top of it for nothing!
