The new dishwasher I bought had a third rack at the top which allowed for smaller objects to be washed. In my hubris, I thought that the top rack would be enough to thoroughly wash all my utensils, however I discovered that there would be still be some residue and such leftover for the utensils on the top rack. This universal utensil bin worked perfectly in my dishwasher and solved all my issues!

This works well in our 10+ year old dishwasher. Have only used it a few months but it is holding up well so far.

This worked pretty well as a replacement for the internship holder in our old Kenmore dish washer. It works ok but I have two issues with it - forks can poke through the holes, and it's lower than our original. I added some expanded steel mesh in the bottom of each compartment to keep the forks from going through. The other issue I just live with, the silverware just leans over farther in all directions.

Our silverware holder that came with the dishwasher was worn out and the silverware kept falling through. I was worried our dishwasher would be too old for this one to fit even though it’s said universal. It fits perfect. Good quality feels like it will hold up.

The basket arrived with the silverware holder slot that are both for the right side end of the basket. It needs 1 that can fit the left side basket slot.
