It really works !!!
I was not paid, or received a discount, in any way, for my review. I recently purchased a 2013 Audi A6. Five days after owning it, I noticed that one of the wood trims, on the passenger side dashboard, had a significant scratch/scrape on it. It was hidden by detailing liquid. Once the liquid wore off, the scrape appeared. It was large and very visible (about 1” by 1” size). I immediately started looking online for a way to fix it (My OCD was in full attack mode!!!!). During my search, I came across the following video: “How to: Polishing wood trim-chemical guys car care BMW”. I have never heard of Chemical guys before, but decided to give their products a try (even though their products seem to be more expensive than other brands). I purchased the Jet Seal, the V36 optical grade cutting polish, and ZFE Hex-Logic finishing had applicator polishing pads for the project (since it was what the video recommended). I followed the instructions on the video, and sure enough, little by little, the scratch/scrape disappeared. I was like magic!!! I have been jaded by so many products out there that promise to do something, but fail miserably at that promise when you use them. This is not the case. These three products when used in concert work stunningly. Mind you, this was done on a newer car, with already polished wood trim, and the results were still noticeable. After I was done with the passenger dashboard wood trim, it looked that much newer and glossier than the others, I had to do the same to the other wood trims throughout the car so they would all look uniform. I am truly astonished at how well these products worked together. I have told all my friends about it. Only regret is that I whish I had taken before and after pics. I highly recommend these three products to anyone looking to remove scratches or swirls from their wood trims. I have also used them on the clear coat of my bumper (I also noticed a small scratch there), with similar results. You will not be disappointed with these three products. Hope this info helps.

Silky Smooth Finish
Removed fine scratches and swirls from my vehicles black paint. Left the finish super clear and smooth. Very easy to use, a little goes a long way. I just did a (1) step paint correction polish using this product and it performed beautifully. Great product, Great value!

Great polish however does have one flaw.
While I would have given this polish a 5 star review there is one thing to complain about. This isn't something people usually find as negative however in this case it is, there is too much product in the bottle. While its usually always good to fill the bottle up completely to the top this is a negative for this polish. There is no room for the product to move around in the bottle when you first open it to shake and mix the polish. When I first started using the polish I found it was not cutting as it should be. After continued use and as the bottle began to slowly empty I was then able to shake and mix the polish in the bottle allowing for the polish to work as designed. When the polish did cut and was mixed throughly it was nice to work with. It cuts for longer then other polishes I have used and when combined with an orange hex logic pad it corrects paint great and also finishes very nicely! Great cutting polish however for once I wish the bottle was NOT filled completely to the to to allow for mixing.

I didn't know I had a metallic finish until I polshed the car with V36
I bought my car used in October of 2022. I wanted to do a full paint correction to remove swirl marks from car washes from the previous owner. After doing a clay bar and applying this polish I discovered not only was my car black, but it was metallic and suddenly the metal flakes in the paint began to pop and sparkle in the sunlight. It added a whole new appreciation to the look of the car. The polish isn't enough though apply a quality sealer after the polish application is complete to hold in all of the hard work you just put into the polishing the car. While a power applicator isn't required it does help to work the polish into the paint and complete the job quicker. Keep in mind that the temperature where you do your polishing greatly impacts how quickly this polish dries. I did the work on a very warm and sunny day with a light breeze. If you do not get the polish off before it hardens you will have to re apply. Work in small sections no more than 2 ft by 2 ft unless the weather is cooler.

Polishes polyurethane well
I used this to buff and polish the polyurethane that I used to topcoat a nightstand, with very good results.

Easy to use and no issues.
First time I’ve ever tried to polish paint, I was nervous at first about ruining my paint. So I started with a test area. It turned out better than I could have imagined. I have an ‘07 Duramax and the paint needed a little help, paint swirls, some light scratches etc. they all came out the first time and my paint looks brand new.

Great product
Used this with 3 other levels of compound all same manufacture to buff epoxy after sanding with a high speed rotary sander with polishing pads. Brough it to a glass finish as if I’d never hit it with a 40 grit sanding wheel. I also used these to buff an old scratched and faded paint job on a golf cart. Brought it back to life. Changed a $6500 tricked out cart to $7700 sold golf cart. Great quality product.

This stuff saved my bacon. I had removed my bumper to put a new grill and emblems on it, and of course, scuffed the top of the bumper in the process. It was deep, just on the clear coat, but it was annoying to me. Looked like a water spot or something was on my bumper. I ordered this, got it within a few days, and took my trusty microfiber towel and got to work. I dabbed a bit of the polish on my cloth, and worked in small circular motions for a bit. Maybe 15-30 seconds. I wiped it off with a clean side of the cloth and BAM. Beautiful, scratch and scuff free paint work. I was so amazed. I had used like MAYBE a dime sized amount of this polish. Pros: Smells great Works great Easy to apply and remove Cons: A Tad Pricey @ $34

Used this to clean up the fine scratches in the wood trim on my BMW. Worked like a charm with moderate pressure to remove them as advertised on their video. Just need to find the right tool to use it in the smaller areas where the shifter, radio controls and ash tray are on the centre console. Would def recommend it.
