I purchased this Omega-3 supplement for brain function, mood support, anti-inflammatory benefits, and joint health. I like that it’s potent yet doesn’t leave any fishy aftertaste or “fish burps.” I also recommend taking it with a big meal, it goes down easily and is gentle on the stomach.

I’ve been using the Triple Strength DHA Omega-3 Fish Oil 3600 mg for a few weeks and overall it’s a very good product. The dosage is strong, and I like that it provides high amounts of DHA and EPA from wild-caught fish. I’ve noticed benefits for my joints and overall well-being. The only downside for me is that I still get some fish burps occasionally, even though it’s labeled as burpless. It’s not terrible, but it does happen sometimes. Aside from that, the quality seems great and the capsules are easy to take. I would recommend it, just keep in mind you might experience slight burps.

I’ve been taking these for almost 1 year to help offset high cholesterol. At my last physical with labs, my cholesterol was 209 - better than ever. Why it was > 200 was because my HDL was high (a good thing) and my LDL was low (also a good thing.) My ratio was < 2.5 (a very good thing). So I will keep taking these. Also, they have no fishy taste and I find them easy to swallow.
