The redeeming feature of these: each battery has a plastic 'safety' cap that prevents the battery from shorting out if it happens to get loose in storage. This is great because Amazon still can't figure out how to ship things correctly; my order arrived with all the batteries loose floating around in a box.Note these *are* Duracell brand Procell, not just some knock-off brand with the Procell name. So they are excellent batteries.

Only batteries I buy, great life

The batteries I received were not fully charged. I used them on my smoke detectors. As soon as I inserted them the units started chirping. when I inserted the old batteries, the chirping stopped. Amazon was kind enough to give me a full refund. Do not buy these batteries from this seller.

Very disappointed. Economically packaged apparently means throw the batteries in a plastic bag and call it done. Three of the 12 batteries didn't even have plastic caps to protect them from discharging. Procell batteries are great, but this seller, not so much.
