This was purchased as requested by our cleaner. I’ve observed her using this item monthly, and it works well considering my home is cleaned on a monthly basis. Good quality and value.

For reference, I was using a Hoover bagless that I've had for years, a Deebot robovac that I've also had for years, and a Tineco mop and vac that I've had a few months. I live in a 1900sqft 1-story house with vinyl plank in the living areas and master, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in 2 bedrooms. I also have a thin, light colored 8x10 area rug. Living here are 2 adults, 2 teen/preteens, one of whom is a wheelchair user, and 2 German Shepherds. The Hoover is so heavy and has started spitting out dust despite new filters. I avoid using it because it's so hard to use. Pros: The new Shark had exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I wanted a light weight vac that I wouldn't put off using because it was too heavy and cumbersome. I wanted one that I didn't have to mount anything on the wall to store. I needed something that could deal with the dog hair and tracked in dirt. The Shark does all of those things. It picks up dirt and hair better than the Hoover, and because of the light that I didn't think I needed, I can actually see what's there. I like how it comes apart to store. It's super maneuverable, getting under/into places that have probably never been vacuumed. It seems to pick up things near the wall well (something my Tineco mop fails at). Cons: I didn't realize it not being able to stand on it's own would be a little inconvenient. I was thinking storage only, so didn't really care, but if I'm in the middle of vacuuming a room and need to move something, I have to find a place to prop the Shark. Same with the cord. I would love to have a self-rewinding cord on this thing. To me, the worst part is having to wrap it around the hooks. I also think the dust bin could be a little bigger, although with 2 GSDs, I'm going to empty it pretty much every time anyway. Lastly, there doesn't seem to be anywhere onboard to store the 2 small tools that come with it. They will be lost in no time. Overall, the drawbacks wouldn't keep me from buying again. It's a great little vacuum with good suction and light weight enough that I'll actually use it often. I haven't used it as a hand tool yet, but will.

Powerful suction and flexibility . my shark vacuum was simple to put together along with additional tools that are handy for fabric sofa or chairs . Easy to vacuum carpets or floors . Love this shark vacuum which has the ability to turn vacuum head going around corners as needed. I Purchased extra filters but the vacuum does come with one installed . Easy to empty attachment but make sure you know to keep the cup in the right position when opening to throw collecting dust and particles out so as not to have it spilled . Highly recommend Anne does a wonderful job . Don’t hesitate you will be pleased I just order the extra cup filters when ordering the vacuum . Makes life easy

Worth every penny! Easy to use around the house, works well on different floor surfaces like bare wood, tiled bathrooms and heavy to short carpeting. We bought a second one to keep upstairs for our bedrooms

Incredible vacuum. Most importantly, I have very long grey hair that seems to shed continuously and my home requires nearly daily vacuuming. A wonder that people say it is so full & thick when I lose SO MUCH! My two sharks suck up this hair so efficiently , wrapping it around a cone. I Have NEVER had a clog or jam. And this new Shark is the Perfect match to the one I purchased 7 years ago. Now I can keep one upstairs and one downstairs. The light is a bonus and the ability to rotate around corners and lay flat under furniture is amazing. Only reason not 5 stars is that the first one came with wall mount and additional tools.
