How does this product compare with balance of nature which is so very expensive?

I've been taking these for a while now and to ask me I'd say i feel the same taking these and eating the real veggies. So they are good.

Is this product gluten free even though its has wheat grass?

Gluten comes from the wheat's _grain_. Wheat _grass_ has no gluten, whether wheat grass is in these supplements or not.

Does this product contain Spirulina?

No it doesnt contain spirulina only parsley kale spinache wheat grass brussels sprout asparagus brocolli cauliflower garlic beet carrots cabbage.

How does this product compare with 'Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw Organic Green Super Food'. Please advise. Thank you.

Easier to take being capsule but I didn't notice any improvement with either product except not being constipated.
