The best shave oil
After using this shave gel, I will never use anything else. It was less expensive than the store on Amazon, it keeps your leg, smooth and soft, smell smells great and overall feels healthier for my skin.

Smells great, works fine
It goes on super duper smooth. You get a fair amount for the price and it smells AMAZING! As someone who often cuts herself when shaving, this has helped my razor glide smoother for a cleaner cut. Would recommend, nothing bad to say!

Best I've found for body hair
I use this oil exclusively for man scaping in the shower. The product is great, keeps my skin soft, avoids irritation and makes everything more fun when my wife wants to play around.

Best value in men's shaving, if you don't mind smelling like a tropical paradise for a few seconds.
Some back of the napkin math to get us started: - Favorite men's shave oil (shave secret): $30 for 0.3 oz = $100/oz - Tree hut shave oil: $12 for 7.7 oz = $1.5/oz - Now I want to figure out the price if Tree Hut sold their shave oil at the same price per ounce as my previous masculine scented shave oil: (100/1.5) = 66.6666666667 (meaning if you divide the price/oz of the men's brand by the price/oz of tree hut brand, my favorite dude brand is 6667% more expensive per ounce than tree hut). - 66.67 x $12 = $800.00 (meaning Tree Hut could raise their prices to $799.99 for the 7.7 oz bottle (which would be absurd and of course I wouldn't buy it) but I would still be getting a better value for money than I do with leading men's options). Alright so with that out of the way, I hardly review my purchases, but I'm a guy who likes a good value, and I've used a pump of this shave oil everyday for the last 6 months and it's been a pleasure to use, and I still have a few weeks left in my bottle before repurchasing. I purchased it in July at 11.99.... it's now December and it looks like the price has gone up to $22, but as a guy, I'm used to paying up to $100/oz for shave secret's oil, which smells heavenly and masculine, but their little squeeze bottles are frustrating to use, and cost a fortune compared to tree hut, which at the time that I purchased costed $12, meaning tree hut would have to raise the price 6,667% to $800 for their shave oil to match the pathetic value of my favorite men's shave oil product. Before tree hut, I thought of shave oil as a niche product that was just more expensive than creams, and that was just something I had to put up with to get the benefits of a shave oil, but Tree Hut has proven that you can get a legendary value with good quality for a pre-shave oil product. Tree hut is getting more expensive since I purchased my first bottle 6 months ago, and I have to pay a few dollars more for it, but it's still a gobsmackingly tremendous value compared to favorite leading men's brands. Normally, I feel like men have the upper hand when it comes to getting a good value on toiletries and beauty products. I often see reviews where women (especially in shaving) buy men's toiletries to get a good value, because women versions are marked up through the roof despite being a similar product with a pink bottle or finish. That said, tree hut shave oil is one product where the gentleman should really take note and consider crossing over to buy this shave oil over the traditional men's brands. The product quality is good and as I've mentioned before, value for money is amazing. Shaving my sensitive facial skin with Tree Hut is ridiculously satisfying and beyond anything I've experience with shave secret, harry's, nivea, and other men's brands. This is because the formula lubricates your skin really well, as intended, but also the pump nozzle gives you enough product that you can really cover the intended area, and the volume you get in the bottle means you don't have to feel guilty about using a full pump, cause you get a lot of mileage from the bottle — meaning you use enough to really lather up and benefit from it. This amounts to an awesome shaving experience, and I've experienced no nicks or bleeding in the past six months - compared to my daily bloodbath with other brands in the past. The one compromise you have to make as a man using this product is the scents. Vivacious would be an exaggeration, but it is a bit strong, and not scented for a male audience. But if you don't mind smelling like a tropical paradise for 90 seconds to save 6,667% on shave oil, then I think it's a good trade-off. It's really not that bad and you have multiple options for different scented versions, so pick your adventure. But if you shave in the shower like me, or you're washing your face afterwards, you won't even notice the scent of this shave oil by the time you get out of the shower, and you'll hardly mind it after the first couple uses. That said, I think it'd be a great move for Tree Hut to make a fragrance-free version of their shave oil and other products - then they could truly market this homerun product as unisex and win the men's market as well. I also hope tree hut keeps this one at a good price. I'll repurchase it at $22 (Dec '22), but if the price rises much more, I'll start looking at other competitors that offer a better value, though they'd have to raise the price astronomically for the value to diminish to a level similar to Shave Secret and other top men's shaving oil products.

Better than traditional shaving cream
I prefer the oil over using shaving cream as it makes the razor glides so much better. Leaves skin feeling hydrated and the nice vanilla scent is a bonus.

Works well! Feels smooth and soft after shave and have wonderful scent

Great shaving product. Still developed some of my usual razor burn/skin irritation the next day though, on my irritation-prone areas. Smells and feels wonderful though. Recommend buying on sale, if you are going to purchase (bought for R120 here) as original price here in SA online is excessive (around R300-R400). Don’t drop from a height either, as pump entirely broke off. But can pour out what I need to use.

This shave oil makes the razor glide effortlessly for a close, irritation-free shave. The formula leaves skin feeling incredibly soft, hydrated, and nourished afterward, with no dryness or bumps. The light scent is pleasant and refreshing without being too strong. A great choice for achieving silky, smooth results every time. I gave this 4 stars as it is a little bit expensive.
