This magnesium glycinate supplement seems to contain exactly what it says it does. Helps you relax. Note that magnesium glycinate can amplify various medications and substances. 4 stars for the somewhat high price. I switched to NOW, which is a bit cheaper and just as reputable (if not even more).

I’ve been taking 2 of these every night for a couple years now. It helps me sleep and helps keep leg cramps at bay. It’s a great brand, easily absorbed & great value for the money. Solaray is a brand I trust, as it was one of the few brands my mom trusted, since the 70’s & 80’s, if I remember correctly! I remember the brands she used to buy lol. I always hated admitting she was right, but on this, she definitely was.
