Bought this because it matches my faucet. Looks really nice!

Very nice with new sink. Used with soap bottle kit and it runs for months on a large bottle of dishsoap. Easy to install.

Works as expected. I like the idea of filling from the top, which is very easy and even comes with a small funnel, instead the type that have hoses underneath that will probably make a mess at some point. It would be a better design if the top screwed in instead of just dropping in to reduce wobble when pumping. But not a biggie. I don't think it's twice as good as others that cost half as much, but it works

I ordered 2, 1 for the kitchen sink and 1 for the laundry sink. I am satisfied with the product. It works as expected. I remodeled my kitchen, laundry room pantry, TV room and dinette area. The plumber who installed it had no problems installing it. It's been in place for barely 2 months so I cannot speak for sturdiness, reliability or value for my money until it has been in use for a minimum of 5 years or so. However, I have had other DELTA bathroom and kitchen fauctes, shower heads, and accesories and in the past they have stood behind their product when 1 cartdridge failed. SO that is why I ordered them. Because they are DELTA.

Works well after 2 years. Doesn't leak or seep out. Looks nice.

Not the best soap pump. Bought it to go with new faucet in kitchen. Top comes off easily when pumping. Container is small so refilling more often. Surprised at the overall quality and ease of use. Not the worst but underwhelming. Just ok.

Before buying a replacement pump mechanism you should try contacting Delta first as they will replace this part for free. I found this out after Delta replied to my original review of this pump. Great customer service! My original post, as well as a link to the replacement pump mechanism is below. I bought this to match a delta faucet I installed. The look is nice and the metal parts seem to be durable. The pump mechanism broke after one year. You can buy those at the link below for $4 a piece. Edit: I received the replacement. The same problem. The pump does not fit into the hole of the bottle. As it is sitting there the straw does not reach the bottom and it is in no way in the bottle to actually pump soap out. I have 1 that I have used for almost 2 years and it works great. I needed another one for a different area and the new one I received has a neck in the bottle that's too small for the pump to fit. Will try an exchange.

Came quickly and looks great in our stainless steel sink in the kitchen. Fits the standard size whole in the granite counter top.

The pump works well but the short height makes pumping soap into a cloth or sponge a bit tight.

I’m getting new stone countertops, bought the Delta Essa artic stainless finish faucet and needed a soap dispenser to match the artic stainless finish of the faucet. I ordered this soap dispenser & the Monrovia to make sure the finishes were a match and also see the profile of the soap dispenser. Well quite surprisingly this one is so tiny, like tiny in a bad way, microsmall profile with very skinny spout. My sink is in the island so I need faucet and soap dispenser to be small and contemporary being on display in my open concept. Anyhow, the Delta Monrovia arctic stainless soap dispenser was my choice, the finish matches my Essa, the chunkier profile looks more appropriate, the pump is better quality and more sturdy size, the spout is much thicker and also the soap bottle is bigger on the Monrovia than this classic one. The Monrovia was the easy choice right on opening the packages, I was shocked how teeny tiny this one was and knew it would not endure in the long run. The arctic stainless finish on my Delta Essa & Monrovia is beautiful brushed stainless and exactly what I wanted to match my Kraus stainless sink and all my appliances.
