A fantastic text on the subject
This is an excellent book. Considerable detail. And a very wide number of conditions covered. Not a light read but one for those who truly want to know more on the subject

If you have a cat you need this book
This book is a must have for any cat owner. From my perspective I believe it has saved the life of my cat. The symptom sorter is really helpful and the ability to go into greater depth than most of the high level cat books on the market.I think it is the most used book on my bookshelf

Invaluable book
Every cat owner should have this book. If you want to understand anything about the physiology of your animal, this is a great book - full explanations, proper diagrams etc. It is American and therefore contains some information that isn't relevant to UK owners, but this is the case with most veterinary books. A far better book than, for instance, the RSPCA Complete Cat Care Manual which only says for every ailment: take the cat to the vet rather than giving you any real information.

Useful
This book is full of information and it's set out in an easy to understand way. I started using it as an aid to my Feline Welfare and Behaviour course but will continue to use it as a home guide when I get my own cats. Great book, has answers to almost every problem a cat could have.

Reassuring, informative, if a little american
Really good book, lots of detail, good pictures showing you exactly what you need to know. A UK version would be better, but in general this was a hugely reassuring book to be able to check symptoms in. The complete reference on all things cat.

A must have for any cat owner
This is a very comprehensive book covering many aspects of cats health. It covers symptoms, diagnosis, and treatments for many illnesses. The book is a little outdated now but is still a very useful guide.
