HyperX Jet Black Ergonomic Gaming Chair - Leather Upholstery PC Racing Chair

Took a chance with this chair as it only had a handful of vague, mixed reviews at the time I bought it. The box it arrived in was a little banged up from shipping but everything inside was in perfect condition along with all the proper parts/hardware and I believe there were tools to assemble it as well. Assembly wasn’t too bad as I had someone to give me a hand with it and I recommend doing the same since some of the parts won’t be easy to hold in place and screw on at the same time. The seat is a little stiff for my liking but I see it getting more comfortable after it’s been broken in. Quality of material is nice and seems durable but we’ll see how it holds up over time with my three young dogs as well as everyone in the house wanting to use it to lounge in. All the adjustments that can be made to the armrests, seat, and backrest work fine and I really like how deep it reclines when I want to put my feet up and close my eyes for a bit. I’ve sat in those cheap ~$100 chairs before and this far better in every way possible in my opinion. If you did your research as I did you’ll find that it’s features are pretty similar to the high end secret lab chairs but for far less money which that alone was more than enough reason for me to buy this chair, and I’m glad I did.

Great chair got it for a good price on par with other big name expensive gaming chairs has been very durable and comfortable so far was pretty easy to assemble as well.

easy install took me 10minsit’s cozy but it’s a racing chair so don’t expect it to be the most comfortable ever.overall love the quality and how soft the pillows are.10/10 would recommend if your looking for this style of chair.

Purchased for my teen son’s birthday. He is 6 feet tall and the chair’s overall height is great. He assembled quickly and really liked the chair. But, as soon as he sat down his facial expression changed. Seat cushion is really firm but nothing a cheap seat cushion couldn’t fix. The chair was delivered earlier than expected. All-in-all very happy with the purchase. Thanks

I've had this for a year and a half now. I spend about 8 to12 hours a day in this chair. It is in perfect shape still. I am so average that I am a statistic and have yet to hurt this thing. I starting to suspect this is a Secret Labs unit in disguise. No rips tears or stains Good job HyperX.

Loved this chair at first but within a couple of months I noticed the glue or adhesive that held the faux leather on appeared to be coming unattached. Reached out to the distributer (A to Z) multiple times and got no responses. Reached out to Hyper X and they said they could not help me. Reached out to Nordic Game Supply who originally sold the chair and they said they no longer have the license and cannot support the chair. After all this i reached back out to Amazon and they said since its outside of 30 days since the purchase that they cannot help me either. Save your money and buy a gaming chair from Costco, at least they will attempt to help you.

Price wasn't bad but the chair is not very comfortable

Set up took about 10 minutes and after that it was good to go. Firm but comfortable.
