Ok product but over priced
Had been using it for a month, it's good but the durability/strength is much lesser than my expectation to a $300 cart. The installation is easy, however, one of the supporting beam under the first layer is wrong. I attached both right one and wrong one. The wrong one is too narrow that the screw bite the beam while screw in. I won't buy again unless the price go down to about $150.

Hard floors and very lightweight use ONLY
I have no doubts that this will hold 400 lbs (181 kg); however that is the end of the positives I have to say on this cart.1) The eight 'legs' or vertical support posts are all a fairly thin plastic, held in by friction fit only. Unfortunately, this leaves sixteen points of failure that have to support someone pulling and pushing on the cart. Over time, I can easily see this cart failing at one of these points from just moving it around. If you need to lift the cart over an obstacle such as a hose, small step, etc., the cart will come apart at the junctions of the posts and the shelves. I have decided that I will need to pull the cart apart and use a high quality plastic epoxy to permanently fix those eight posts into their sixteen junction points on the shelves. The vertical support posts should be made of thicker plastic, made out of a single piece, and had several screws affixing them to each shelf.2) The wheels are abysmal at best. They are push in style and not screw in type. In other words, instead of being anchored at all four corners of each wheel by screws into the cart, the wheels just 'snap' into place using a rubber mallet. The wheels have the ability to move around on the posts instead of staying static on the cart. I'm referring to the mount between the wheels and the cart, not the wheels themselves. The wheels should not 'wiggle' on their mounts. This is the least expensive way to mount these wheels but also makes the cart unstable when moving over uneven surface's (carpet, etc). The other wheel issue is that ALL FOUR of the wheels are swivel castors. This means the cart does not roll straight. Two of the castors should be fixed castors and two swivel for proper steering. The current wheels that it comes with make this cart difficult to maneuver when loaded, especially on carpeted surfaces or when moving between solid and carpeted surfaces.I now have to solve the wheel issues along with gluing the vertical posts to the shelving. I can't recommend this cart to anyone. I'm using it at my studio to hold a medium format photo printer and the first time I tried moving it around the cart nearly came apart. That almost cost me a brand new printer. As for using this in a commercial setting for anything, you are FAR better off purchasing a much better built cart with single piece support posts that are screwed into each shelf, have their wheels screwed onto the bottom, and have two fixed castor wheels rather than four swivel castors.

Weight Capacity Overstated
After about 6 months, the bottom shelf broke at one of the wheels with a load < 400 lbs as advertised and tipped over against my truck. Cart used to store cans of ammunition. I didn’t weigh total load. However, I did weigh a fully loaded can for each of 3 different sized cans and multiplied those weights by number of cans for each size. Total 409 lbs. However, many cans were not filled to capacity, so I suspect the actual load was significantly < 409 lbs. Also, the cart rolls well over smooth, level floor. However, to go over my garage threshold, I had to slightly lift one end of the cart. The cart literally fell apart. My workaround was to place a small screw into each joint where a leg fit into a shelf. This design flaw should have been disclosed in the Amazon product description. Better yet, the design flaw should be corrected by the manufacturer. A screw-in leg would be one solution. If not that, then predrill the holes and provide the screws & directions.

three shelf roller cart
This does come in a flat box, so you'll have to put it together. But, if I can do it, most anyone can. You WILL need a rubber mallet and a phillps head screwdriver (I have a ratcheting one - that helps) - or a power drill - I don't have one of those. It took me about 20- 30 minutes to put together by myself. The instructions were very easy. I love this cart. I use it to roll around all my portable kitchen appliances. Works exactly as I had hoped. It is a black plastic material. Will hold up to 400lbs. Rolls easily - 2 of the 4 wheels have locks. The wheels are a gray plastic. I chose the cart that didin't a lip edge - so it is easy to slide the appliances on and off. I cover the cart (loaded with my appliances) with table cloth as a dust cover. I am very happy with my purchase. Having said that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Ok, but not great - Tubstr Heavy Duty Service Cart.
Ordered this to actually use as a utility cart for inside the home to put away the extra drinks (water bottle case, soda pop boxes, etc). Had heard great things about Tubstr brand, so thought we'd give it a try.In terms of the assembly, it's overall easy to follow directions, but the hard part is getting the wheels all the way in and lower 4 legs to get into the slots completely. Maneurverability is good, like any other utility cart - moves fine, blocky at times, has "brake" pedals so can toggle ON/OFF on the wheels.THE PROBLEM: I expected it to be a bit more sturdy and hold the heavier objects better. But after only placing like 6 soda pop 12 pack boxes into the middle shelf, it's already bowing slightlyin the center ... same for the bottom shelf with the bowing with two water cases - evenly distributed. Otherwise, the product worked as expected.
