I remember having a stuffed frog when I was a kid that had herbs to help me sleep. Honestly, it was one of the best memories of my childhood. Having lost it long ago, I decided to try to track one down for that and similar purposes. While I failed in my quest for an identical companion, I did find these.I cannot say enough positive about these!I have to admit, they even look homemade. Some people will, of course, prefer a mass-made appearance, something so many relate to quality in this day and age, but, in this case at least, it is not the case. These are good-quality, durable, great-smelling and absolutely perfect for backaches, headaches, sore eyes, etc. My husband recently had surgery on one of his feet, and we have been using these to help ease the sore muscles that come with crutches and loss of use of one limb. I couldn't be more thrilled that we got these, and we are now planning to purchase a set for a family member with back issues.

I have bought about four of those by now. I have one Shoulder heating pad at work which keeps rotating around colleagues and often someone is looking for it. Its a great product for few minutes of relief without any medication and its herbal aroma which is very natural and mild which lasts for long time without additional care. I would have bought more of these if price point was not so high. Having said that whatever the price is its worth every penny. Thank you for making such a lovely quality product.

I have used these products for several years with great results, especially the back and abdomen pack which I find provides more relief to my injured neck than the should wrap. This can be purchased separately through amazon for $20 plus, as can all of these prodicuts for varying prices,, so I would only recommend ordering the complete set if it is offered at a significant discount and/or you think that you would like all four items. As all products of this nature, the covers eventually rip, but they are very inexpensive to replace provided you shop for the best price.

I've used two of the items so far - the shoulder pack heated and the back/abdomen pack chilled. Both work absolutely wonderful. The herbs are very fresh and heated are very aromatic. The advantage of these herbal packs over a standard heating pad is obvious - they can be chilled as well as heated. They provide a more subtle chill than an ice pack or ice bag. Very soothing. They also conform more easily to the area you need to place them on. I am 110% satisfied with this purchase. I keep the eye mask in the freezer to cool and calm my tired eyes after a long day in front of the computer. The shoulder wrap is great heated up in the microwave and I can feel the tension melt in my neck and shoulders. The back back is great on your lower back after working in the yard. I just LOVE this entire package!! I had just hte shoulder wrap for the past several years, but my dog chewed it up. I was so disappointed until I found the Nature Creation Pack on Amazon - now I am a happy camper once again!!

I bought this set several years ago at a local store kiosk. Still have the original but it's pretty worn since I used it alot! I couldn't find it anywhere and decided to check Amazon. Low and behold there it was. Got a new one. So happy. I use the waist and shoulder ones the most. Great for aches and use when I'm cold.

I have owned two set of spine and back and bought five sets for family member. I have been satisfactory with it. So, I want to give the full treatment set a try because I was interested in the back wrap and the eye mask. I plan giving the shoulder wrap to my college daughter to keep her warm while study. I understand the eye mask designs for eyes and to be used while in lay down position. But, I also tried to use it on the back of my head to relieve the tendon tightness, which causes headache or sinus. It did not work well for that purpose because the ribbon can’t hold the weight and unable to fasten on my head. I modify the ribbon with Velcro. The shoulder wrap including in this full treatment is different from the shoulder wrap in the set of spine and back. This shoulder wrap does not have Velcro to be able to fasten. I tried it out. It falls off my shoulder if I move. I have not used the sinus pillow yet. My satisfactory level with the full treatment set is okay. I only like the back wrap.
