Cool and refreshing!
This is the best "cool" pillow I have found so far and I've tried a bunch. It stays cool longer than others I've used, though the coolness diminishes, the pillow never gets too warm. I move around a lot before I fall asleep and throughout the night and the pillow is so refreshing. I own two now, one for my head and one for between my knees. I would definitely recommend this pillow.
