My husband and I take one tablet with dinner every night. No after taste or burping from this product. We believe it is helping with our blood pressure. I have purchased Kwai Heartcare tablets multiple times and can honestly say from a personal view, I feel they have contributed significantly to my overall health. We are all very well aware of the extensive benefits of garlic consumption ie the anti inflammatory and anti viral properties, but the lingering smell of fresh or cooked garlic is not always greatly appreciated by others. The individual may not be keen on the taste or smell either. These garlic tablets offer a very convenient way of ensuring an adequate serving of the garlics goodness without upsetting anyone within close confines. They are very easy to swallow despite looking slightly largish and leave no aftertaste nor do they repeat on you. Each one is individually sealed which ensures ongoing freshness. In addition with other simple life changing habitats that are deemed beneficiary to ones health, I believe these may help considerably. Incidentally, I take these alongside omega 3 capsules, the only two supplements I ever take. I cannot remember the last time I had a cold and my blood pressure is fine. I am in my mid 50's!! Well worth purchasing in my opinion.
