The product was easy to install but the gas pressure falls after 5 ...
The product was easy to install but the gas pressure falls after 5 minutes of use until the flame actually goes out. After following all trouble shooting recommended in the book and having someone who services gas lines look at the lines on the house this is absolutely an issue with the product and I would not recommend anyone buy this. It was a large waste of money for a product that is not even useable.

Don’t buy
The gas pressure is fine in my house the fireplace on the other hand goes from high to not even a flame but pilot light stays lit don’t waste your money with this product it’s not thermostat lights fine for 3 minutes then slowly goes to no flame in about 3 minutes

Love the thermostat
These logs have a natural look and we love they have a built in thermostat, that way the room stays at an even temperature without having to get up and down to adjust.

Great Product, Wish I Would’ve Replaced My Old Logs Sooner
I’ve been using these logs for a while now and greatly enjoy the whole product. It turns itself off when the room is at the right temperature and then turns itself back on. It’s incredible and I wish I knew this existed sooner. As far as I know I didn’t receive a remote control for the product, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t come with one.

Has pressure falls- Do Not Buy
Same issue as another customer- has pressure falls after about 5 minutes of use and fire goes out. Ordered in the summer and just now using- it’s too late for a return. Waste of money.

Log set won't stay on.
This gas log worked fine last winter. Last week I lit it and now it won't stay lit. Where do I start to get it fixed?

Stay away from GHP Group Products!
Horrible product. Arrived with one of the logs broken and I have been attempting to work with the manufacturer to get the log replaced. Very poor customer service.
