Fit perfectly in my 2017 RDX, took about a minute to install. Unlike some other reviews, I had no issues with the latch holding any differently than the original Acura part, works exactly the same for me.I haven't used this part long enough to report on its durability. But the durability of the original Acura part is so poor to begin with, and the price of this replacement part is so reasonable, it seems like a great repair option to me.

Go with the metal one, not the plastic. Fit perfectly on my 2013 Acura RDX. Was a bit tight to get in but one its snapped in it’s awesome! Good quality.

We've had a hard time trying to replace this latch on the middle compartment.We actually took it to our local dealership who had ordered the part. Thank heavens we still had the spring!They had different mechanics and even the Service Dept. Managers try to fix it and they couldn't.We took it back home & I ordered this part. It fit right in with some pressure and worked fine.

I bought a replacement RLB-HILON plastic version, unfortunately the part design was the same as the Acura OEM part. After a year of use it broke exactly at the same spot.This diecast version is definitely stronger, installation was simple. The only noticeable difference is the weight of the replacement part, the center console is not so springy when its unlatched. It could have been casted with the lighter alloy. Time will lets see how this will operate or fail. Overall happy with this purchase.
