This was recommended by my ENT doctor to help clear up hoarseness which impedes good voice production. He prescribed the 12-hour extended release, but this is much more economical, and I don't have a problem taking it 3-4 times/day.

I have COPD and this works the best for me. I like that it is pure...has no sugar and is a real value for the money. I didn't quite need it yet but wanted to lay in my supply for winter. I don't really need this much but I like to have it on hand in case my daughter or sister gets sick. It works great for them too!

This is the same supplement I’ve used for a while now to combat my persistent post-nasal drip, and more cost effective than other brands. I don’t like the large lozenges as they are hard to swallow, however.
