I was really looking forward to using these. Today I finally did and it was really disappointing.Pros:1. Ok for running in place in doorsCons:1. Slows running/ jogging time2. Heavy3. plastic digs into ankles and feet4. slips even on concrete5. these snag on the slightest cracks on the side walkI dont recommend this particular brand, but I really like the idea so Im going to try the other brands, this one is more like a cheaply made toy.FYI these are definitely NOT like having trampolines you can travel on like another commenter posted, and you cannot travel with them for an hour, they are stiff plastic TOYS. It's more like having heavy plastic circles crudely taped around your shoes doing nothing but weighing you down. For the record, I'm a regular runner, in good shape and well within the weight limit 125lbs, this is not a good fitness tool for running outdoors.

I am taller. Not as much load on joints. My walking pace is about four m/hr now. My jogging rate is about six m/hr. All this with air kicks... I will be 71 years old this year.

Good product. But not safe for my 10 year old son. He weighs 75 lbs and tall for his age, but he is too light to have the boots compress. But I am sure if it did it would be great. He will use when he gets older. I can see these building leg strength and also coordination. I bet it will be great to build leg muscle for skiing.

I was SO excited to get these. They are a colossal disappointment. The "springs" don't bend AT ALL. They should be advertised as stilts. Don't waste your time or money. I'm SO sad!! Returning immediately.

Some people actually like this product. I wasn't one of them. I had to return them because they were too uncomfortable and just not right for me for more reasons than I care to go into on here. Needless to say, I sought and got a refund but that excluded the $18.00 it cost me to return this item.

These are great. Adapt well to the shoe. A little stiff but nothing some thick socks cant fix. Easy to handle and a great feeling when jogging.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...!!HORRIBLE PRODUCT... HARD TO WEAR, KILLS YOUR FEET, YOU WILL BREAK AN ANKLE!!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIECE OF PLASTIC ...EVER!!
