It helps
Easy to use. I am using this on myself and it is easing the pain also on my dog as he is 14 and getting a bit stiff on the rear end. Big improvement I am so pleased with this product.

Not Suitable for Black Dogs
I bought this on the advice of my VET to treat by dog's joint pain. I immediately;f found that the dog would jump away after a few seconds and there was a burning hair smell. Further research showed that these devices are NOT suitable for dogs/cats with black fur.

Easy to use but No difference noticed in pain
I had big hopes for this little gadget to help me with my shoulder pain but I've not noticed any difference at all but will keep it up to see if it helps over more time. The light therapy lasor device comes in a retail printed box in there is the lasor device, a pair of glasses, USB C charging cable, PSU, zip up case and the user manual. It's straightforward to use always remember to wear the glasses when using it. I like that it's wireless and charged by USB C so you can get to any part of the body without getting tangled in wires just wish it worked as it says. A little disappointed as it's quite expensive device the hunt for pain relief goes on.

Disgusting chemical smells, other than feeling cheap, can't feel a thing
The media could not be loaded. I almost don't know what to write, I feel like this is oil of a lizard with no legs. It's not at all what I expected, and now that I've come to see the price (£199.99 as I write!!!) I'm just almost speechless. Almost.Let's get started at the beginning. For such a big box it sure felt very lightweight. Turns out this is probably for the best. Opening the box I was hit with a disgusting and overpowering chemical smell, the strongest of any item I've come across to date, and I've come across some real stinkers. When my eyes stopped watering, they could see a cheap grey case with carry handle, and unzipping it delivered another chemical blast to the face.Inside is the device itself which weighs next to nothing, a cheap USB charging plug, 2W I imagine, there's nothing to it, a large hard pouch containing sunglasses (the best part of the kit, the frames are extendable so they'll fit over your glasses) and in the lid there's a netted pouch containing a USB C charging lead and a largely useless manual. It spends more time explaining how to charge the device than use it, only on the treatment page does it tell you how far from the skin you should keep it for the treatment of various conditions. <SPOILER ALERT> The distance is 1 to 2cm regardless of the condition. The time for each session is 30 minutes regardless of the condition. The number of times to treat yourself each day is twice, rega.... In fact the only thing that changes, is how many consecutive days are in a treatment session (that's the same for most) and then how many days in between sessions and how many sessions.I don't know why the device bothers having a timer adjustment, the manual says most people will need 20 minutes, but then the treatment pages say 30 minutes twice a day without exception. I can certainly tell you, that having done a 5 minute session, I felt nothing. I have some pain in between the ball and footpad on my feet, and when I saw this come up, thought it might be ideal. I also started suffering from painful joints in my fingers and toes recently, thought it might be good for them too. I expected something that I could point at the problem zone for a while, and when done, feel some form of relief. It was hard enough to maintain the 1 to 2cm for 5 minutes, while my foot was resting on my bed and my hand too. Since the manual shows twice a day at 30 minutes per session, if for instance I was to do both feet and hands, I'm in for 4 hours a day. That's just not happening. Does this thing give a complete cure? I sincerely doubt it. But if not, then what's the point of using this, 30 minutes a time, twice a day, for 7 days in a row, taking 2 days off and then repeating twice more (7 on 2 off)? If it doesn't cure the condition, then what? Absolutely ridiculous. My favorite one was the soft tissue injury treatment. 10 days on, 5 days off, 2 sessions. I guarantee doing nothing, any soft tissue injury I have will have fully healed all by itself well before 25 days. What an absolute rip off. I expect after holding it to "relieve" my joint pain for half an hour for each hand and foot, they'll ache a whole lot more than they did previously. Not recommended at all. Not only does a quick search bring up this exact same item for a fraction of the price, I was surprised that it cost more than £20 in the first place, and still would have said it was junk at that price. I imagine anyone that's fallen for it just uses it for a week or two, tries to convince themselves it did something, get bored of using it and stick it in the closet with all the exercise gear they got with good intentions also. Just more plastic e-waste in my opinion.I am however going to continue on a single foot the entire therapy regime, and if by some miracle, it helps, I'll come back and eat my words and adjust the stars as necessary. Somehow I don't imagine I'll need to, just regret wasting an hour of my day for the next month instead.
