I realized that as I'm approaching 30 my testosterone levels are naturally depleting, and I could tell. I've loss motivation to hit the gym, and more importantly my sexual drive. I knew a testosterone supplement was necessary but I didn't want something super strong. This is perfect! My sex drive is up again, and I'm running 5-6 miles like how I used to in my early 20s! I can even tell that I'm finally shedding that pesky day that's plagued me for years! This is a good supplement, for someone who needs a small boost.

This product didn't do any good for me that I was aware of. Will not be buying it again. It may help others, but did nothing for me. Sorry.
